First Meet -Rokko Japanese Cuisine
By “lucky coincidence”, Beth and Gino came the same Japanese restaurant for lunch separately with their friends. They met and sat down at the same table. Gino didn't except to meet this lovely girl . He didn't shave his bear and wasn't dressed well. He looked like a geeky engineer and barely talked. His heart was beating fast. Years after, both Gino and Beth realized this coincidence was made by their good friends, (Emma) Lin Chunyong & Fuzhen --- matchmakers
Emma Lin , FuZhen and Gino organized a barbecue party at Gino's house and invited Beth for watching World Cup together. Beth dressed so pretty and brought Cotton on that day. It was the first time meeting Cotton, a white cute Bichon. Germany won the final match. But Gino didn't care about that. The only thing he cared about was Beth.
Gino reserved a romantic restaurant next to ocean cliff in San Francisco. He also ordered flowers for the dinner. Gino was so nervous, even could not look in Beth's eyes during the dinner. Finally he took courage to say he likes her and ask whether she wanted to be his girl friend. Unfortunately, Beth thought about it for a while and said she needed more time. Gino was depressed although he prepared for the worse. They still had a good talk after all.
Gino planed to give a big surprise to Beth for her birthday. He used materials to make LED Characters on the wall by himself. In addition, he tried to make a chocolate birthday cake with some rose flower decoration based on online tutorial. Beth came to Gino's house after playing tennis. She was so surprise by Gino's birthday gift. But she was still uncertain about their future.
Gino & Beth went to Reno to celebrate Christmas together with their friends. They skied in the snow mountain and played bowling in Reno. So tired but lot of fun. It was snowing. In the white Christmas day, Beth finally accepted Gino's third confession to be his girlfriend. It was the happiest moment.
Gino & Beth had a road trip to Eureka, a coast-side city. It rained many days before we arrived. The air of red wood forest was so fresh and moist. Beautiful magic forest in fog in the morning. Beth really liked this mysterious wood and fairy-tale landscape. They ate the best wood cooked chicken ever in a local Italian restaurant. And Beth bought tons of fresh Oysters from local famous oyster farm.

Half Moon Bay --- Mussels
Beth is a super big fan of seafood. She cannot live without seafood. They came to Half Moon Bay to get wild mussel. Gino mastered a new skill and collected around 10 pound mussels. So tired but still very happy. Beth and Emma finished all the mussels in one meal . So crazy !!!
Gino & Beth with Emma, Zhizhi and Emma had a road trip to Clearlake. They visited fun Snoopy museum. After that they arrived rented beautiful wooden cabin and had a delicious barbecue together. They learned Fuzhou mahjong with a special ice penalty. The loser needed to use hand to hold the ice for couples of minutes. It was the most cruel penalty ever ! But it was so happy to have a trip with good friends. They all had a wonderful time there.

Beth's second Brithday
According to Beth's hometown culture, Beth has three different birthdays to celebrate every year. Gino tried his best to make special birthday gift for her. Beth is a super big fun of minions. So Gino ordered a customized minions birthday cake based on Beth and Cotton's pic. Beth loveed it !

CHINA Trip
Gino and Beth went back China for winter vacation. They stayed at hometown and visited their parents. They watched ballet in Beijing and ate lots of traditional foods in Fuzhou. And they visited Beth's brother's new-born son in Wuhan and ate famous spicy hot pot in Chongqing. It was a amazing trip .
Gino & Beth and Zhizhi & Dashi flied to Denver during Christmas holiday. They made snowman, stayed in the cozy house and cooked delicious dinner together at Christmas eve. It was the first time doing the spa in the cave and outdoor hot spring when faced the snow mountain. Most amazing experience ever.

Mahjong and Oyster party
Gino & Beth celebrated new year with their good friends. It was a mahjong & Oyster party. Gino spent couples of hours on opening these hundreds of oysters with knife. But Beth & Emma finished most of them within few minutes. What a tough job for Gino !
Gino & Beth went to Riverside city and stayted in famous historic Mission Inn. They visited local California Citrus state Historic park and ate too many different oranges. Beth bought lots of oranges like famous blood orange for their friends
Gino & Beth went to Cancun, Mexico with Beth's mom and sitter. They stayed in Secrets The Vine Cancún hotel. Gino reserved a private outside family dinner next to the sea and prepared red rose flowers for his proposal. At the beginning, they enjoyed delicious seafood , had a great family talk and watched the breathtaking sunset . Gino left the table and took the flowers back. He took out the ring, fell on one knee in front of Beth and asked whether she wants to marry him. She said Yes ! It was the most important moment in B&G love story !
Las Vegas Thanks Giving

Gino & Beth started to prepare their wedding. The dream wedding of Beth was forest wedding.So Gino did a lot of research on choosing a perfect wedding venue . After a tour in Nestldown, both Gino and Beth were really satisfied with Nestldown and chose it as their wedding place without any doubt.
Gino & Beth went to Las Vegas to celebrate Thanksgiving with their good friends. Watched magic show, played at a party bus and then went to night club. So much fun at that crazy night!

Las Vegas flower exhibition
Gino & Beth decided to prepare and finish wedding floral design by themselves. They joined the biggest flower exhibition in Las Vegas and met a very talent & nice florist --- Crystal. This special friendship means a lot for them. In addition, they ate the best fried chicken ever in Yardbird.

CHINA Trip
Gino & Beth had been many wedding stores to choose the bridal dress but didn't find the desired one . Beth decided to go back China to visit parents and buy the wedding dress at her hometown - Fuzhou. She finally found her own beautiful dress with colorful decorations. And then she went to Guangzhou and bought pretty purple dresses for her bridesmaids.

Lake Tahoe Trip
Gino & Beth visited Lake Tahoe with their good friends and sister's family. The lake view was breathtaking. The snow mountain was on the another side of lake. The lake water was so cold. Gino tried to swim but it was hard to hold more that 5 mins in the lake. They also visited their good friend Crystal at her home and gave her their wedding invitation . Beth collected many pine-cones for their wedding decoration.
